DMV

It took me way too long to update my Driver's license after we moved states. An embarrassingly long time. Each time I tried, something would happen. Weird crazy things that might lead some to believe, I really didn't want to get my license and admit we moved, but I don't really want to explore that.

Anyway, in September, my hottie husband and I agreed that I needed to get it done. We have the same types of problems this day with me forgetting things but on the third trip that day to the DMV, I am able to get a number. I'm the last person that they will serve that day because I got my number only 15 minutes before they close.

Finally, I'm at the desk and almost done when near disaster strikes. She says, "oh no you might have to come back, but wait, let me reboot and try again." I waited, she rebooted and nothing. The person next to her says, "did you hit that button?"
I'm thinking, "What Button? HIT that button!" But she says she didn't because they're only allowed to use it once a day and last week I got in trouble for using it too much. Several people come to her aid and each suggest that she hit this mysterious button and finally, a supervisor type does hit it and poof! I'm all done. Within 5 minutes, I've had my picture taken and I'm heading home.

Which left us wondering, what is this button that makes everything easy and breezy? and where do I get one?
