Defining Moments

I've been listening and responding to Defining moments tapes. The most recent that I listened to was about building a volunteer intensive church. One of the most important things was sustaining volunteers by encouraging people and planting a vision in them about how their part is a part in the whole. It was really exciting because today at our services, frank's message was on creating room for life, for God to work His mission in our lives and from his message, he did exactly what the defining moments interviews talked about: encouraged people and painted the vision that what they were doing was a part in the whole and important to the body of Christ.
